6 of us set out on our walk along with our visitor Telas, who has now
joined the club. We started the walk with overcast conditions, unfortunately, this did not last too long before we had to don our rain
coats. The wet conditions stayed with us for the majority of the walk.
We were fortunate enough to have mild weather temperature other than the  rain which made our walk quite pleasant. The track was in very good
conditions other than a few muddy patches on Tane's Track. This track is
a delight to walk through as it is covered with our beautiful native  bush and with the rain Tane's waterfall was running well. During the dry  summer months this fall is only a trickle. Once we completed the track
we made our way back to our cars and finished up at Te Maru Golf Club
for coffee and food.
