Greetings fellow members,

So perhaps the weather is finally getting a little more settled, or is that just wishful thinking.  The birds are tweeting and the trees are blossoming.  Spring has sprung and the grass is riz (according to Spike Milligan).

Our next club night is:

Friday 26th September at 7.30 pm

Have you memories of the games played at home in simpler times.  Or when you went tramping, what games did you discover in the hut, or at your favourite beach bach (crib) for those rainy days.

So we are going to have a games night on 26th September.  I can't guarantee there won't be an element of competition.  But also fun.   Bring along any games you have.  The plan is short sharp games rather than games that can extend on a bit (thinking monopoly, scrabble).
