At our 2025 AGM, the members agreed that we are no longer incorporated due to the changes to the Incorporated Societies Act making the duties rather onerous for a small club like ours.
We do not require any funding, as our core function is walking and ensuring we maintain our safety equipment required for tramping. Although no longer require, our club will continue to have the accounts audited each year to ensure members funds are protected.
Once the group working on a new constitution have this complete, it will be uploaded. It has been a long time since we worked on this.
