13 members of the club and 1 dog set off for a leisurely (and probably too short) walk on Sunday 14 April. One member dropped out of the walk early on as her dog was limping.   

 We walked along the path from Ngati Toa Domain in Paremata to Plimmerton and up the road called "the Track". From the top we enjoyed lovely views out to Mana Island and up to Porirua.  We then proceeded down the bush walk to the bottom which comes out by the Plimmerton Boating Club.  We walked along the foreshore and through town, stopping of course for a coffee at Orange Cafe and we then proceeded back to cars at Paremata.  The weather was overcast when we started but the sun had come out by the time we got back.  It was a very enjoyable albeit not very long walk and good to catch up with older and newer members of the club."
